Amenities at Lake O' The Hills
Our association is made up of 20 private residences along the southeast side of the lake, 2 apartment complexes, Lake of the Hills and Lakeview Apartments on the north end of our property, as well as 4 separate condominium associations (each with their own board of directors): Lakeside Village Association (along the south end of the lake), Lakeside Village South (along the golf course holes 1-5), Lakeside Village West (along the golf course holes 6 & 7), and Lakeside Village North (along the golf course holes 8 & 9).
Residents have access to three public pools, receive a discount when playing our par 3 golf course and have the ability to rent out either of our two clubhouses for gatherings too large to host at your condo.
