Reasonable limits must then be set on some activities and behavior to maintain a congenial neighborhood. With this in mind, please visit the LOTHHA tab for your new condo community. The management company and board of directors for each Lakeside Village development is different, as are the rules and regulations by which your community operates. Upon purchase of your condo, you should have been provided a copy of your association's master deed and the current community rules and standards. If you did not receive these documents, contact information is available on the appropriate association page.
